Hair Stylist

We are initially looking for a hair stylist to start immediately, possibly 2 or 3 days a week with a view of building a client base and increasing to 3 to 4 days a week depending on how often you wish to work. Flexibility can be offered and this can be discussed. Contract Type: Part Time and Full Time Available Requirements You will be a qualified hairdresser with great cutting, colouring and communication skills. You will have a dynamic and outgoing personality, reflective of the brand principles of Indigo Hair & Beauty. Level of qualification required is variable, and all candidates will be assessed for suitability and offered a role to suit, if successful. Experience You must be able to uphold the Indigo Hair & Beauty standards whilst working, providing the highest level of customer service to clients. Your personality will ideally reflect the Indigo Hair & Beauty brand showing passion, creativity, motivation and eagerness to learn (or teach). Other Responsibilities Customer Service Greeting guests and visitors to the salon, as well as handling enquiries by telephone. Ensuring client satisfaction Offering meaningful, relevant conversation Discussing the benefits of hair care and products Providing skilled hair cuts and colours in line with training and experience Salon Operations Adhering to strict Health and Safety / Fire Safety policies Wearing required personal protective equipment and other Health and Safety procedures.
